Fees

Counselling

• 60 min individual session $150
• 75 min post partum session $150- additional time provided to meet baby’s needs 

Play Therapy

• 60 min session $150
• 60 min parent session $150
  • required prior to commencing counselling with a child and to be scheduled at regular intervals while working with the child 
• 45 min session $120 

Fees are payable by e-transfer following your scheduled appointment or by cash or cheque at the time of service.

Missed appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will be charged the full session fee.

Counselling fees may be covered by your Extended Health Plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or your child’s educational program. Please check with your provider or contact us for more information.

WORK BC 100 Mile House– Referral required prior to booking

 

Please note the following changes to session fees & direct billing:

September 1st, 2025– Direct Billing through ICBC will no longer be available

September 1st, 2025– Direct Billing through Pacific Blue Cross will be available

January 1st, 2026– Direct Billing through First Nations Health Authority will no longer be available

March 1st, 2026- 60 min Individual Counselling, Play Therapy & Parent session fee-$160 per session

As of December 20th, 2024 RCCs in British Columbia are no longer required to collect GST on psychotherapy services
